AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING QUAIL VALLEY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF
BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 875 passed and approved
September 27 , 1977 established Quail Valley Sewer Improvement
District No . 1 of Batesville , Arkansas ( the "District" ) embracing
the following property in the City of Batesville , Arkansas ( the
"City" ) , to-wit :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SE4 NW4 ) of Section 13 , Township 13 North , Range 6
West , to-wit : Begin at a rock for the center corner of
Section 13 , run N. 00049153" E . along the east line of
the said SE4 NW4 a distance of 1025 . 84 ft . to the South
right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad Company;
then run N . 74034 ' W. along said South Railroad right-
of-way line 652. 80 ft . to a point of curvature ; then run
376 . 29 ft . along a curve to the left , central angle
07039 ' and radius 2814 . 94 ft . to a point of tangency ,
then run N. 82009 ' W. 6 . 51 ft . ; then run S. 00049 ' 53" W•
1265 . 44 ft. to the south line of the said SE4 NW4 ; then
run S. 89° 19149" E . along the south line of the said

SU NW4 a distance of 1006 . 84 ft . to the point of
beginning , being 26 . 71 acres ; and
A tract of land being part of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirteen of Township
Thirteen North and Range Six West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian (NE4 SW4 Sec . 13 , T13N, R6W, 5th P .M. ) in
Independence County , Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the Center of said Sec . 13 ; thence S. 020
25 ' 35" W. along the east line of said SW4 , a distance
of 58. 87 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line
of State Highway 69 ; thence beginning on S 75° 16 ' 13"
W. on a curve to the left having a 1 , 949 . 86 foot radius
along said North right-of-way line , a curve distance of
181 . 56 feet ; thence N. 070 58 ' 42" W. , a distance of
122. 49 feet ; thence S 870 33 ' 29" E. along the north
line of said SW4 a distance of 192. 87 feet to the Point
of Beginning . Containing 0 . 38 acres , more or less ; and
Part of the SW4 , Section 13 , Township 13 North , Range 6
West , to-wit : Begin at the Southeast corner of the said
SW4 , run North 740 11 ' 49" West 284 . 23 ft . ; then run
North 68° 19 ' 39" West 393 . 02 feet ; then run South 890

right-of-way line ; then run Easterly along a three-
degree curve to the right , radius 1858 . 83 ft . , a
distance of 212. 71 ft . to the intersection of the said
South highway right-of-way line with the East line of
the SW4 , Section 13 , then run South 000 49 ' 52" West
along the quarter-section line 2502 . 27 ft . , to the point
of beginning , being 98 acres ; and
• The following platted lots of Wolford ' s Quail Valley
Subdivision of Part of Ei of SES of Section 14 , and
Part of WY of SWC of Section 13 , Township 13 North ,
Range 6 West :
Lots 1 to 21 inclusive , of Block One ;
Lots 1 to 9 , inclusive , of Block Two ;
Lots 1 to 11 , inclusive , of Block Three ;
Lots 1 to 14 , inclusive , of Block Four ;
Lots 1 to 10 , inclusive , of Block Five ;
Lots 1 to 13 , inclusive , of Block Six ;
Lots 1 to 10 , inclusive , of Block Seven ;
Lots 1 to 12 , inclusive , of Block Eight .
WHEREAS, the District was formed for the purpose of
constructing a system of sanitary sewer mains and facilities to
be connected with the municipal sewer system of the City (the
"improvements" ) ; and
WHEREAS , the improvements have been completed and are
owned and operated by the City as part of the municipal sewer
system; and
WHEREAS, the bonds and other obligations of the District
have been paid in full and all surplus funds have been distri-
buted by the District of the current property owners pro rata ;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Batesville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That Quail Valley Improvement District No. 1
of Batesville , Arkansas is hereby dissolved .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and resolutions and
parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict .

The undersigned , City Clerk of Batesville , Arkansas ,
hereby certifies that the foregoing pages are a true and correct
copy of Ordinance No. 90-6-2 , passed at a regular session
held at the regular meeting place of the Council of the City at
7:00 o ' clock p m. , on the 12th day of June 7 1990,
and that the Ordinance is of record in Ordinance Record Book _ E_,
at Page 190 now in my possession .
