• OF SAWMILL SUBDIVISION , FIRST ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , a Deed of Dedication and Bill of Assurance of
Sawmill Subdivision , First Addition , to the City of Batesville ,
Arkansas , was filed in Book H- 12, Pages 421-430 of the Indepen-
dence County Records on July 7 , 1980, and a Plat of such Addition
was filed in Plat Book D, Page 50 of the Independence County
Records ; and ,
WHEREAS , the streets , water lines and sewer lines have
been installed in accordance with the plans and specifications in
effect at the time they were installed ; and ,
WHEREAS , the City of Batesville has in fact provided
maintenance for the streets, water and sewer limes since their
installation.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED :
That the City of Batesville accepts the dedication of
streets , water lines and sewer lines for permanent maintenance
and the Mayor of the City of Batesville , Arkansas , is authorized
to notify any interested party, including the Federal Housing
Administration , Farmers Home Administration and Veterans
Administration of such acceptance.
PASSED and APPROVED the 10th day of July, 1990.
