ORDINANCE NO. 91-
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN WOLFORD 'S QUAIL VALLEY
EAST SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , there are certain platted but unopened streets
in Wolford ' s Quail Valley East Subdivision to the City of Bates-
ville , Arkansas ; and ,
WHEREAS , the owners of the land abutting those streets
desire that they be vacated so that certain lots and blocks of
said subdivision may be replatted ; and ,
WHEREAS , the owners of all property affected by such
action have agreed and consented to the vacation of such streets
and parts thereof, be it the e:

As owner(s) of a part of Block One in Wolford's Quail Valley East Subdivision in
the City of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, I (we) approve the vacating
of Meadow Lark Street (also platted as Lark Street) that is crossing the tract
I (we) have purchased from the First National Bank.

As owner(s) of Lot One (1) of Block Thirteen (13) in Wolford's Quail Valley East
Subdivision in the City of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, I (we) approve
the vacating of East Quail Valley Drive that is adjacent to my (our) property on the
west side.
I (we) understand that in agreeing to this that I (we) will become the owner(s) of
the east twenty-five (25) feet of that part of said East Quail Valley Drive adjoining
Lot One (1) in Block Thirteen (13) of said Quail Valley East Subdivision.
I (we) further stipulate that the preparation and recording of all documents will be
done at no expense to me (us) .
