HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-01-03 • BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS ORDINANCE NO. 91- AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN WOLFORD 'S QUAIL VALLEY EAST SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS . WHEREAS , there are certain platted but unopened streets in Wolford ' s Quail Valley East Subdivision to the City of Bates- ville , Arkansas ; and , WHEREAS , the owners of the land abutting those streets desire that they be vacated so that certain lots and blocks of said subdivision may be replatted ; and , WHEREAS , the owners of all property affected by such action have agreed and consented to the vacation of such streets and parts thereof, be it the e: ORDAINED ng unplatted streets and k part- _i Valley East Subdivision to should be vacated : Street lying East of West Quail t that part having been replatted nary 30 , 1981 , in Plat Book G, e Independence County Records ; and , st Quail Valley Drive lying East k 14 , and West of Block 13 in • Wolford ' s Quail Valley East Subdivision to the City of Batesville , Arkansas .
