AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the following described tract of land is
currently zoned R-1 ; and
WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has
recommended that said tract described below be zoned C-2 ,
contingent upon the parking requirements under the City of
Batesville Zoning Code being met; and
WHEREAS, the parking requirements of the City of Bates-
ville Zoning Code have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, the following tract of land should be,
and hereby is zoned C-2 :
A part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 8 , Township 13 North, Range 6 West described thus:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and run
East for 921 links; thence South 2 degrees east for a distance
of 271 links to the place of beginning; thence run South 2
degrees east for 131 feet; thence run West a distance of 282
feet; thence run North a distance of 131 feet; thence run
East a distance of 218 feet to the place of beginning.
Passed and approved this 1 1A day of June, 1991 .
