AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF MINNIE S. BALCH TO C-2
HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL, AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATES71ILLE,
ARKANSAS. ASN FOLLOWS.-
1. The following property be and the same hereby is Toned C-2 Highway
Commercial located within the City of Batesville, Independence County,
Arkansas, to-wit.-
