AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF ABERDEEN DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FROM R-2 TO R-1, AND OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS :
1 . The following property be and the same hereby is zoned R-1
located within the City of Batesville, Independence County,
Arkansas, to-wit:
A tract of land located in Section 23, T-13-N, R-6-W, Batesville,
Independence County, Arkansas , more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the NE corner, NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 23, T-13-W,
