• BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AN O.itDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205
WARRIOR ROAD, BATESVILLE, AR, A TRACT OF LAND BEING
A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
OF SECTION FIVE (5) IN TOWNSHIP THIRTEEN (13) NORTH AND
RANGE SIX (6) WEST IN INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AS FOLLOWS:
1 . The Batesville Planning Commission has approved and
recommended to the City Council that the following described lands
be rezoned from R-1 to C-2 .
2 . The following property be and the same hereby is zoned C-2
Highway Commercial located within the City of Batesville,
• Independence County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said SE1/4 ,
SW1/4 ; thence N 880 06 ' 00" W along the south line of
said SE1/4 , SW1/4 a distance of 387 .48 feet; thence
North a distance of 516.63 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 680 07 ' 36" W a distance of 614 . 86
feet to the north and east right of way line of a
road; thence N380 28 ' 30" W along said right of way
line a distance of 74 .91 feet; thence N 120 31105" E
along said right of way line a distance of 205 . 68
feet; thence S 680 07 ' 36" E a distance of 713 . 39
feet; thence S 210 52 ' 24" W a distance of 240 . 00 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing 3 . 80 acres,
more or less.
Excluding a tract of land being a part of the SE 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, T 13 N, R 6 W in the City
of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows :
