AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the following-described tract of land is
currently zoned R-2 ; and
WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has
recommended that the said tract described below be zoned C-2 .
NOW, THEREFORE, the following tract of land should, and
hereby is zoned C-2 :
Lots 4 , 6 and 7 , Block 3 , Maxfield' s Eastern
Addition to the City of Batesville, Indepen-
dence County, Arkansas.
• PASSED and APPROVED this 12th day of October, 1993 .
