BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
A ORDINANCE RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF
INDEPENDENCE COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, INC.
TO C-2 COMMERCIAL AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . The following property be and the same hereby is zoned
C-2 Commercial located within the City of Batesville,
Independence County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 8 through 14 , Block 5 and Lots 5 through 8,
Block 4, excepting the North 25 feet of Lot 8, Block 4 ,
Gray ' s 2nd Addition to the City of Batesville,
Independence County, Arkansas. A total of 1 . 87 acres.
2 . That the Batesville Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended that the above described city property be zoned as
set forth above.
IT IS SO ORDAINED this llthday of January. . . . 1994 .
