THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF GARNET
REYNOLDS FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL C-2 .
( 1 ) The followinq city property be and the same hereby is
rezoned from R-1 Residential to Highway Commercial C-2; said
property presently owned by Garnet Reynolds and said owners
were the petitioners for said zoning classification change .
( 2 ) That the property is described thus , viz : A part of
the Southeast Quarter ( SE 1/4 ) of the Southeast Quarter ( SE
1/4 ) of Section 15, T13N, R6W lying north of Hwy 69 ,
containing 1 1/2 acres M/L.
( 3 ) That the present owners now have a use for the
property which requires that the lands be rezoned as C-2
commercial and that said rezoning would be in keep_ inq_ with
the prevailing development of the area .
Therefore, be it ordained that the property in item 1 be
rezoned commercial from R-1 residential; that this ordinance
(W should be published for one insertion in a newspaper of
general circulation in Batesville, Arkansas .
