THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF JOE J . AND
PEGGY REYNOLDS FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL C-2 .
( 1 ) The following city property be and the same hereby is
rezoned from R-1 Residential to Highway Commercial C-2; said
property presently owned by Joe J . and Peggy Reynolds and
said owners were the petitioners for said zoning_
classification change .
( 2 ) That the property is described thus, viz : A part of
the Southeast Quarter ( SE 1/4 ) of the Southeast Quarter ( SE
1/4 ) of Section 15, T13N, R6W lying north of Hwy 69 ,
containing 1 1/2 acres M/L .
( 3 ) That the present owners now have a use for the
property which requires that the lands be rezoned as C-2
commercial and that said rezoninq would be in keeping with
the orevailinq development of the area .
Therefore , be it ordained that the property in item 1 be
rezoned commercial from R-1 residential ; that this ordinance
should be published for one insertion in a newspaper of
general circulation in Batesville , Arkansas .
