AN ORDINANCE NAMING A CERTAIN STREET RAMADA DRIVE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas:
Section 1: That a certain street dedicated to the City of Batesville and
accepted by Ordinance Number 85-11-1, having heretofore been un-named, this
street is hereby named and shall be hereinafter known as Ramada Drive; that
said street is more particularly described within Ordinance Number 85-11-1,
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked EXHIBIT "A" , and said description
is made a part hereof as though fully said out herein word for word, number
for number, paragraph for paragraph.
