AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE BATESVILLE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION,
THE CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM IN BATESVILLE, REPEALING CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES AND/OR PARTS THEREOF, AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Civil Service Commission and Civil Service System abolished:
The Civil Service Commission and the Civil Service System in Batesville,
Arkansas, are hereby abolished.
2. Conflicting Ordinances and/or parts thereof repealed:
All Ordinances and/or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
