AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 834 OF 1974
ALLOWING CERTAIN PERSONS TO FISH IN ROW LAKE
WHEREAS, the Batesville City Council passed Ordinance No. 834 of 1974
prohibiting anyone over 17 years of age from fishing in Row Lake, and;
WHEREAS; the City Council has resolved that persons over the age of 62
years; and disabled persons should be allowed to fish in Row Lake;
BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED THAT:
1. Ordinance No. 834 is amended to include thoseP ersons who have
attained 62 years of age, and those individuals who suffer from physical dis-
abilities that prevent them from being gainfully employed.
2. All other parts of Ordinance No. 834, including the penalties therein,
shall remain in full force and effect.
