AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
IN SCHOOL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas:
Section 1: That the following described lands lying in Batesville, Inde-
pendence County, Arkansas shall be rezoned to the classification Commercial
C-2:
Lot 3, Block E of School Addition to the City of Batesville,
Arkansas;
Section 2: A copy of this ordinance duly filed by the City Clerk shall
be filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County and recorded in the Deed
Records of the County.
