AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING HUMMINGBIRD STREET, BLUEBIRD
STREET AND THAT PART OF ORIOLE STREET SEPARATING BLOCKS
9 AND 12 IN THE WOLFORD QUAIL VALLEY EAST ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED, that the following streets be vacated:
Hummingbird Street, Bluebird Street and that part of Oriole Street
separating Blocks 9 and 12; with said streets being located in the
Wolford Quail Valley East Addition to the City of Batesville, Ark-
ansas.

PETITION OF FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS , TO VACATE STREETS
Comes First National Bank of Batesville , Arkansas
i
(hereafter referred to as "FNB" ) , and for its Petition to Vacate
Streets , states as follows :
1 . That it desires to vacate certain streets in
Batesville , Arkansas , and therefore petitions the Batesville City
Council to do so in accordance with the provisions of Ark . Code .
Ann . § 14-301 -301 through 14-301-305 .
2 . That the former owner of the property hereinafter
described dedicated to public use as streets said property by
platting the property and causing the plat to be filed for
record ; furthermore , said property has not been actually used by
the public as a street for five ( 5 ) years .
` 3 . That FNB is the record owner of property abutting
» upon the streets it desires to be vacated through this petition .
4 . That the property which is the subject of this
petition is more particularly described as follows : Hummingbird
Street , Bluebird Street , and that part of Oriole Street
separating Blocks 9 and 12 ; with said streets being located in
the Wolford Quail Valley East Addition to the City of Batesville ,
Arkansas . A copy of the portion of the plat showing the streets
to be vacated , together with the lot and block numbers of each
lot which abuts upon the street to be vacated is attached hereto.
WHEREFORE , First National Bank of Batesville , Arkansas ,
petitioner herein , prays that the Batesville City Countil fix a
day for hearing this petition , that it direct the city clerk to
give notice by publication in accordance with the requirements of
Ark . Code Ann . § 14-301 -303 , and that upon hearing of this matter
vacate thie above-mentioned streets .

consideration , uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth .
