RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY CONCERNING THE
ANNEXATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO THE CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, the Batesville City Council has determined that the best interest
of the citizens of Batesville will be served by the annexation of Kennedy Park
along with other property south of White River,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the city, a petition for the annexation of
the property and to take any other action necessary to accomplish the annex-
ation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 � � day of 1987.
