A Resolution Accepting The Eagle Mountain Deed
Of Dedication
Be it resolved by the City Council of Batesville, Arkansas that it hereby accepts the
deed of dedication of Eagle Mountain, Joint Venture and title to the streets mentioned and
described in said deed of dedication for the purpose maintaining them as public streets as
set out in the deed of dedication.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of March, 1988.
