A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE ASSETS OF RUDDELL HILL WATER
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Batesville City Council has determined that the
interest of the citizens of Batesville will best be served with
the expansion of the City's Water System;
WHEREAS, the assets of Ruddell Hill Water Association are
available at a price of . . . . . .� Z. . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to act on behalf of the City of Batesville
in acquiring the. property and assets of Ruddell Hill Water
Association. The Mayor and City Clerk are further authorized to
sign all documents necessary for the acquisition of the property.
