A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR` CITY CLERK AND CITY
ATTORNEY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE WITH
RESPECT TO A REVISED GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR RUNWAY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Of Batesville, Arkansas has received notification of
funding approval from the Federal Aviation Administration for improvements
to the East-West runway, and
WHEREAS, the Batesville Airport CO00i5SiDD has requested and received
approval for d change in the type of materials to be used for the runway
improvements, and
WHEREAS" it will be necessary for the Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney
to act On behalf Of the City Of Batesville with respect to the revised grant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Batesville City Council hereby

declares that Mayor Jim Shirr8ll ° City Clerk Larry Williams and City Attorney
Eric Hance are hereby authorized to execute the revised grant agreements with
the Federal Aviation Administration with regard to improvements to the East-
West runway.
