A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE
BATESVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NO. S d
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Batesville,
Arkansashereby approves and confirms the appointment of the
following members to the Batesville City Planning Commission:
i Position 1: Al Byrd - one (1) year term
Position 2: Nancy Britton - two (2) year term
Position 3: Ed Mosley - three (3) year term
Position 4: Norman Gray - four (4) year term
Position 5: David Seward - five (5) year term
Said Commissioners to constitute the City Planning Commission
with such duties, powers and functions as set forth in the
9 City Ordinances of the City of Batesville, Arkansas and as
prescribed by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
