A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR-THE PURCHASE OF APPROXIMATELY 50.5 ACRES FOR CITY
PARKS, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER PURPOSES FROM 'DONNIE 8 THEO BRYANT.
WHEREAS, the City of Batesvitte, Arkansas seeks to imptove and pnov.ide tec-

a. That the City o j Bates vine shalt purchase 50.5 aches o6 the

($5,000.00) pets ache, provided that, Donnie and Theo Bryant,
at the time the pureha6e is made, .6hall donate the remaining

b. That zaid contract is conditioned upon the City o6. Batesvitte
obtaining Brom the Bureau of Outdoor Reeheation or its suecuzon
agency .in the amount o6 at .least 6ijty (50) peheent of the total
puncha6e pAice, said contract shall not be binding upon the City
o6 Batesvitte in any way on .in any event unless said grant is
awarded. Said grant must be without obtigation on pant of the
City to repay.
c. That Donnie Bryant and Theo Bryant, at the time o6 said purchase
