i <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 7y y <br /> WHEREAS, an unincorporated association has petitioned <br /> the City Council of Batesville , Arkansas for its support and <br /> endorsement of a proposal for construction of a cultural and <br /> heritage center to be constructed in the City of Batesville , and <br /> for designation by the City of an individual to serve on the <br /> Board of Trustees ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Batesville that the City <br /> of Batesville, by and through the City Council , does hereby approve <br /> and endorse the proposal for construction without cost to the City <br /> of Batesville of a cultural and heritage center within the City <br /> of Batesville ; and that the City Council nominate for appointment <br /> by the Mayor a member to serve on the Board of Trustees of the <br /> unincorporated association, later to serve as a member of the <br /> Board of Directors of a successor nonprofit corporation. <br /> CITYOF ATESVILLE <br /> By <br /> Peytoj Golden, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Larry Williams , City Clerk <br />
