�W A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PORTION OF THE OAKLATN CFMETARY FUNDS USED FOR THE
CARE, UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID CEMETARY TO BE KEPT IN A MAINTENANCE FUND:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas;
1. That the portion of the Oaklawn Cemetary funds set aside and used for the
care, upkeep and maintenance of said cemetary shall be kept in a separate
maintenance fund.
2. That said maintenance fund shall not be designated or referred to as a
perpetual care or permanent maintenance fund, nor shall the City advertise or
otherwise represent that it operates a perpetual care or permanent maintenance
cemetary-
ADOPTED and approved this day of June, 1980.
