A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING ENFORCEMENT OF THE BATESVILLE FIRE COD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Council of the Clty of Batesville, Arkansas hereby gives its
full support to the Batesville Fire Code and strongly urges and encourages its
enforcement.
2. That the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, mindful of the
public's safety, encourages all of law enforcement personnel, including but
not limited to members of the Batesville Fire Department, to enforce all laws
and ordinances furthering fire safety.
