A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS RELEASING $2,000.00 FOR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section l: The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Batesville, Arkansas are
hereby authorized and directed to release and expend the necessary Hands,
approximately $2,000.00, for payment of incidental expenses now due for the
' development of the proposed industrial park.
ADOPTED this `f TH day of April, 1981.
