AND HELD BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF ST. LOUIS AS COLLATERAL FOR PUBLIC
DEPOSITS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section l: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Batesville, Arkansas
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents to
release securities pledged as collateral for Federal Fund deposits by
F'IR ST NH !OIJ A L J34N 9 and held by the Federal Reserve
Bank of St. Louis.
