A METROPOLITAN SHERIFF'S PATROL, PURSUANT TO AN INTERLOCAL AGFI;'FMF4T ADOPTED

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS
f FOLLOWS:

1. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to transfer to the Independence
County Sheriff, pursuant to an Interlocal Agreement, adopted by Ordinance
# 17 , all property, including all buildings, vehicles, clothing and
equipment of whatever nature or kind, now provided to or used by the Batesvil
Police Department. Said property is to be used by the Independence County
Sheriff for use in a Metropolitan Sheriff's Patrol.
