BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS,
EREAS, the County Court of Independence County,
Arkansas, has entered its Order of Annexation, filed July 28 ,
1981 , annexing to the City of Batesville , Arkansas , the above-
described real property, to-wit:

WHEREAS , on the 28th day of September , 1981, the County
Court of Independence County, Arkansas , entered an Order
confirming the annexation of said lands to the City of Batesville
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, deems that the annexation of such property to the City

of Batesville, Arkansas, is right and proper,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED:
1. That the real property described herein is accepted
as a part of the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
PASSED and APPROVED thi 13th day of October, 1981.
