RESOLUTION
Resolved, that the City of Batesville, Arkarsas., protest
the schedule of increased rates for water service proposed by
the Batesville Water Company and as filed with the Arkansas
Public Service Commission on May 2Q., 1956; and that the City
Attorney of Batesville be authorized and directed to file appro-
priate written protest and take all other necessary and expedient
steps by way of r6sisting such proposed rate increase for and
in behalf of the City.
