The City Council of the City of Batesville. Arkansas, in
regular session assembled on October 22, 1967, voted and levied snap[
rates of taxation on the real and personal property located in said
City for the yesr 1957, payable in 19580 as follows$

City Park & SwUun-ing :Pool Bonds . . 2k mills#
and authorized and directed that suoh action be ourtified to the
Quorum Court of Indepezilence County, Arkansas, and to the County Clerk
of said County, to the and that same be duly levied sad by said 8ourt
and extended on the tax books by said Clerk= and it is hereby so
oertified on this the ZL day of October, 1957.

Further resolved that suoh action and levy be duly certified by
the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk, to the Quorum Court of ludepenp.
