Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of katesvillepArk.
Thatsin view of the discrepancy between the location of Porter Street
from 17th Street to 22nd Street as shown on the Plat of Maxfield' s Second East.
Addition to the City of batesvillepArk.s and the actual location of the said
Porter Street on the ground as it has been open and used by the public for
more than thirty years and since inprovements have been erected agreeable to
the present street lines and in order to avoid future confusion in describing
property adjacent to said Street,the City Council,thru its
hereby fetstrixes and establishes the location of Porter Street$between 17th
Street and 22nd Street, as it is at present situated and directs the record-
�W ing of this Resolution in the Proceedings of the City Council and in the Sur-
veyor' s Record Book for Independence CountypArkansas.
