Resolved, that there be voted and levied by the council. rates of
taxation on the real and personal property boated in. the City of
Batesville►, `Arkedsas, for the year-3V payable ink, as follows#

Further Resolved that such action and levy be duly certified by the
Mayor, attested by the City Cleric, to the Quorum Court of Independemae
County, Arkansas, and tza the County Clerk of said County, to end that
same may be levied and extended on the tax books in accord with the law
in such cases wade and provided•
