R E S O L U T I O N
Whereas, pursuant to the orovisions of Ordinance No. 614 of
said City certain latiti.de is given and gr anted to the Council
as relates to fees applicable to business and/or co,,miercial
houses; and,
Whereas, by a majority vote of said Council the fees,
as hereinafter set forth were fixed and levied before tie time
garbage disposal services were com.nenced by said City, but
through oversight such action was not made a matter or _)errnanent
record of said regular meeting therefore,
Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, that garbasre dis..)osal fees so fixed and levied,
are and are hereby levied, a--1d "Garbage Disposal Tax2 sbLall
apply and be paid by business and/or cominercia.l houses in said
city,as follows :
MONTHLY
$4.00 - Restaurant and Cafe serving meals;
3.00 - Restaurant and Cafe serving sandwiches and drink s only;
4.00 - Boarding House serving meals;
2. 00 - Rooming douse not serving meals ;
3.00 Grocery Store only;
3.00 Meat 1)Iarket 6nly;
5.00 to 6.25 Combination Grocery & Meat Market;
2.00 Neighborhood Grocery;
3.00 - 711eighborhood Grocery & "'leat 1".arket;
4. 00 - W,lolesale Grocery;
3.00 - Drug Store;
2.00 to 4.00 - Retail Dry Goods More;
5. 00 - Wholesale Dry Goods Store
