WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas
has ammended the appropiate portion of Ordinance 614 by the passage
of Ordinance No. and thereby set new maximum charges for trash
and garbage pick up serviess in the City of Batesville and;
WHEREAS, the increased costs of garbage and trash pick-up
mm-rt ex services have necessitated the need for the City to increase
certain of its monthly fees on such services to business and/or
commercial and the latitude to make such monthly fee increases is
bestowed upon the Council b,; Ordinance 614;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the following schedule of garbage and trash pick-up fees
be put into effect by the City of BatesvJ1lle, Arkansas:
Appliance Store 0.00 to $6.00 per mo.
Auto Dealers 5.00 to 700 per mo.
Retail Auto Supply 5.00 to x.50 per mo.
Wholesale Auto Supp. 3.00 to 6.00 per mo.
Service Stations 5.00 per mo.
Garage & Ser. Sta. 5.00 to 7.50 per mo.
Beauty Shop 1.00 per mo.
Barber Shop 1.00 per mo.

Be It Further Resolved that the ra6es charged to private re-
sidences are to remain unchanged and are as follows :
Residences of 46 rooms or more, 1.00 per mo.
Residences of 4 to 5 rooms, 75¢ per mo.
Residences of 3 rooms or less, 50X per mo.
