RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE
ACCEPTING BRYANT'S SECOND EASTERN ADDITION

BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Batesville that Bryant 's `
I
( Second Eastern Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas,
i
which was annexed to the City of Batesville by order of the
E
County Court of Independence County, Arkansas, entered on
i
October 14, 1966, which order has not been objected to nor
appealed from, be accepted as a part of the City of Batesville,
;I
Arkansas.
i
( BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of the
�j proceedings in the County Court of Independence County and a
certified copy of the plat of Bryant 's Second Eastern Addition
j be filed with the City Clerk as a permanent record of said
annexation.
