Before The City Council of Batesville s Ark.
WHEREAS The Batesville Rubber Company, a division of
Seilon, Inc. Is installing certain new machinery in its facility,
and
-WHEREAS, the new equipment may be affixed to realty7 and
tHERLAS7 the Batesville Rubber Company and C. C. Leasing
Corporation desire a waiver by the City of Batesville of any
interest in the equipments
THEREFORE Be It Resolved By The City Council of The City
of Batesville
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the necessary waiver to the Batesville Rubber Company and
C. C. Leasing Corporation.

R E S O L U T I O N
Before The City Council of Batesville3 Ark,
WHEREAS, the City of B-atesville has entered into a sewer
improvement program, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the sewer cross the right-of-
wayof the Missouri-Pacific Railroadq and
WHEREAS, the Missouri Pacific Railroad desires that a
pipe line license be executed for each crossing.
THEREFOR,�j Be It Resolved By the City Council of The City
of Batesville, Arkansas
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby empowered
to execute the necessary pipe line licenses as required
by the Missouri-Pacific Railroad for a crossing at
track 46 � 15; at track ECS 1436 ,1 60 and at tract 1489
r1 77.
