A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXELC TE'
A PIPE LINE LICENSE TO THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
WHEREAS the City of Batesville is constructing certain sewer
improvements and it is necessary to cross the right of way
and property of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS :
THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk be and the same hereby
authorized to execute the necessary pipe line licenses reqlred
by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for such crossings .
