RESOUJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
Whereas the City of Batesville vacated a certain described
street a number of years ago and,
Whereas, the City of Batesville, Arkansas, makes no claim
to such land,
Therefore Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City
of Batesville, Arkansas,
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and the same here-
by are authorized and directed to execute a quit-claim deed to
Paul Buchanan in and to the following described property:
The South Half (Sj) of the following described property :
All that portion of Third Street (now Mark Street) which
lies between Blocks 5 and 12 and West of Addie Street as
designated on the Plat of Wycough Addition to the City
of Batesville Arkansas, now appearing of record in Book
S-2 at pages 407-409 in the office of the recorder of
Independence County at Batesville, Arkansas, and being
further described as a parcel of land 50 feet in width
between Block 5 and Block 12 and 103 feet in depth West
from Addie Street in Wycough's Addition.
Passed and approved this day of February, 1968.
