Whereas the City of Batesville, Arkansas owns certain
lands near the new public high school and new sewer ponds, and;
Whereas the City of Batesville, Arkansas desires that
such lands be annexed to the City of Batesville, Arkansas;
Now Therefore Be It Resolved By The City Council of the
City of Batesville, Arkansas
1. That the Mayor of the City of Batesville ,
Arkansas be and the same hereby is empowered
and authorized to do all necessary acts and
sign such pleadings , papers and petitions
which may be necessary to annex the lands
near the new BAtesville Public High School
and new sewer ponds to the City of Batesville,
Arkansas.
