Whereas Delmer. C. Young and R. L. Jackson , by and through
t.heir respective attorneys , insurance c mpaniP and inuividually

have agreed to pay damage to the stop light in the suam of $221. 70' ,

plus the cost of the court action, and;
W iereas the City Council c:f Batesville, Arkansas , finds
!� this to be a fair and just amount,
