A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE J. J. AMBULANCE AND TAXI COMPANY A
FRANCHISE FOR TAXI OPERATIONS FOR 3 YEARS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
as follows ;
1. That the J. J. Ambulance and Taxi Service Company, Inc.
be in the same hereby is awarded a Franchise for the
operation of Taxi service within the City of Batesville
3 years from January 1, 1969 .
2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Resolution shall take full force in the fact from and
after its passage signs .
