A RESOLUTIO14 AUTHORIZING A RATE INCREASE TO THE J. J. AMBULANCE
COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BATESVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF ARKANSAS
as follows:
I. That the base rate charge for Ambulance Service be
in the same hereby is raised from $10 to $15.
2 . An emergency is found to exist and this Resolution
shall take full force and be in effect from and after
its passage.
