A RESOLUTION DECLARING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR URBAN RENEWAL
IN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS, as follows :
1. That a public hearing on the General Urban
Renewal Plan for the Neighborhood Development
Program of Batesville , Arkansas will be held
at City Hall on the 15th day of April, 1969
at 7:00 o'clock p.m. .
2 . That notice of this hearing be published in
the Batesville Guard describing the effected
area at least once a week for 2 weeks , the
first publication being not less than 10 days
prior to the date of hearing inclusive of the
date of publication and exclusive of the date
of hearing.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 24th DAY OF MARCH, 1969 .
