BB IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE# JUMANSAS
(*MW as follows:
1. The City Council finds that there is a
shortage of safe, habitable dwellings in
the City of Batesville, Arkansas for the
elderly and low income families.
2. The mousing Authority of the City of
Batesville, Arkansas is directed to take
all necessary steps to secure One Hundred
Thirty Dive (13S) dwelling units consisting
of sixty (60) units for the elderly and
seventy(71) general units for the City of
Batesville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 6th DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
