(W <br /> BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLEj, ARKANSAS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE , ARKANSAS <br /> as follows: <br /> (a) That the following proposed Ordinance be <br /> referred to the voters of Batesville, Arkansas at the <br /> General Election,, to be held in November, 1970. <br /> (b) The Ordinance is as follows: <br /> "A proposed Ordinance to repeal all dog <br /> leash laws in the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas be enacted by the people of <br /> the Town of Batesville, Arkansas. <br /> 1. Dogs shall be allowed to run at <br /> large in the City of Batesville , <br /> �W Arkansas. <br /> 2. All leash laws requiring dogs to <br /> be penned, tied or under leash are <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> 3. Laws requiring theNaccination of dogs <br /> shall not in any way be affected by <br /> this Ordinance. " <br /> (c) The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby autho- <br /> rized to take all necessary action to put this on the General <br /> Election Ballot. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 29th DAY OF SEPTEMBER# <br /> 1970. <br /> SIGNED <br /> R.
