BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
RESOLUTION NO. _IZ�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN ADDITIONAL 25
FEET EASEMENT TO DOLPH AND SYLVIA PEGG
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS,
AS FOLLOWS :
1. The City Council hereby grants, gives and
conveys to Dolph and Sylvia Pegg and to their heirs and assigns
an easement for road purposes across the following described
lands .
Start at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22 ,
Township 13 North, Range 6 West,
thence run East 125 feet to a Point of Beginning;
(*Mw thence run South to the existing school road;
thence run East along the North side of the school
road 25 feet to a point;
thence run North to the South line, of the North-
west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the afore--
said section, township and range;
thence run West to Point of Beginning.
2. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized
and empowered and directed to affix the name of the city to an
easement deed.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Batesville, Arkansas , acting by and
through its mayor and city clerk, duly authorized and acting
present by proper authority by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas , for and in consideration of ONE AND N0/100 ($1. 00)
DOLLARS, benefits to accrue and other valuable consideration do
hereby give, grant and convey unto Dolph Pegg and Sylvia Pegg,
his wife, and to their heirs and assigns , an easement across ,
over and through the following described lands for ingress and
egress, highway, street and road purposes only:
