BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS

1. That the deed of dediciation of Goff' s Eastwood 1st Addition
and Goff' s Eastwood 2nd Addition to the city of Batesville
Arkansas be and the same hereby is accepted.
