The Trustees of the Batesville Pension & Relief Fund
tweeting in regular session after due and proper motion seconded
and passed the following Resolution:
Be It Resolved by the Trustees of the Batesville
Pension & Relief Fund:
That Jesse Sims died March 6 , 1973 and that at the
time of his death he was a beneficiary in good standing of the
pension and relief fund.
That he left surviving him his widow, Lucille Sims.
That Lucille Sims is entitled to draw such amounts as allowed
by law from the pension fund as long as she remains a widow.
