BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESV,II,LE,, ARKANSAS AS

1. That the Mayor be and the same hereby is authorised to initiate
a project application for emergency repairs to the Batesville Sewer System
seeking herein all Federal Funds or State Aid through any and all State or
Federal Agencies which may make aid available.
2. The Mayor is authorized to sign such application, as any agency
may make available and further to sign any other necessary documents and
to do all things necessary to secure emergency repair funds for the
Batesville Sewer System.
